watching MBC music festival writing this... it is alr abt an hr onto the new yr while i am writin this while singapore is heading towards the new year.. wondergirls are hot! watch their performance :D
but well.. i hear claire, zs and gang went to zouk to welcome the new year haha! man i feel so... 'no-life' compared to that. bt well come to think of it new yr itself is quite overhyped haha so maybe it ain't that bad... :)
well been neglecting oldtrafford... :/ bt well since this is a new year i guess i shall don it with a new post! what shld i write? hmm...
let's be typical and summarize 2008 and state my wishes for 2009!
well 2008.. was a J2 year.. i.e one in which we were supposed to have no life..
the a lvls and the preparation period was hell-ish but other than that i am quite surprised that the year passed by quite smoothly. and actually i enjoyed it very much.
well this very moment.. debates, CSE lessons (or more of talking cock with claire), lepak sessions with old bv boys, og outings, times with the PAE ppl and 'mug, mug, mug' with nessa haha
gosh.. thanks for the memories ppl! I MISS YOU ALL VERY VERY MUCH!
actually when i saw snow yesterday i rlly rlly wished u guys were here. funny how snow which can be so romantic and all can make someone quite lonely also.
Thank you 4E5 for being such a wonderful class and helping me feel rllly home at singapore!
Sometimes I wondered.. what if I went to a diff sec skl? wld things hv been the same? what if i went to a so-called 'better' skl? haha.. bt well come to think of it i am very glad i came to BVSS, well more of cuz of the people. Met wonderful frens and those who i still meet up regularly when i was back in s'pore such as GY, Ron, Junye and Jia yi, my dear lepak partners! u guys rlly helped me become who i am :D

Though I admit maybe I might not have been the closest of closest ppl with u guys.. bt nontheless i appreciate all the love and concern u gave me, and also generously understanding my crap and jokes :D Daryl (my joke partner), Jon(my highest ranked minion), ZS (my kaki for a lotta things, unfortunately math included), Yu Bin (the soyabin), Pei en (hot bod!), Jian Yun (da ball!), Daniel (slacker soccer buddy) and all others.. there is a reason why ppl say jc period can be memorable, whben there are ppl lyk u all! :D
People who I met in SA (except the OG-ers).. u guys were fantastic! :D rlly made my PAE period such a happy memory that can make me smile when ever I think about it. The slackness, soccer, laughter, bridge and all. And I was really glad that we still managed to keep in touch till this very day. Clara my OGL, Sarina my ever-reliable friend, Lydia who is such a wonderful fren to say the least.. and so many others who made the PAE days a honeymoon and were alw encouraging me thruout the jc days :D
And last but the best.. OG7! Well if u noe me well enough.. u shld noe how much i love them. well we are nt rlly the closest frens to each other individually, we do hv our own frens and life. but we always made it a point to meet up, hang out and enjoy! we have so much fun with each other and meeting them always make me forget whatever hard times i had. Nessa, Jane, LL, Abel, Timo/ GY, Colleen, Carin, Su Cheng, Cera and all... Saranghaeyo! S2 I would definitely miss u guys so much!
Especially nessa.. thanks friend! u rlly made my already wonderful time in singapore such an awesome one. won't talk abt it so long as it is quite pointless to describe in words how much i appreciate u :D saranghae! will miss u VERY MUCH.
Also so many other people like Josiah, Claire, Crystal and all.. I really owe it to every single one of them for a wonderful 2008. Cld nt hv done without u guys.. :D
Well.. 2008 is over and here i am 5 days away to my NS.
and since that is the case, my wish list is quite short..
1. A safe and enjoyable NS life (duh! we are still technically in war)
2. health to all my fren and family...
3. hope my father's business can do better.. rough times ahead..
4. And GD A LVL RESULTS!

haha i said i wld blog the moment i get my lappie i wld blog, but well due to my inherent laziness which has taken great control over me ever since I reached kimchi land, and well partially due to a busy life (been cleaning up the hse and stuff) I nvr rlly gt a chance to blog, neither was there anth real interesting to blog abt. Life has been pretty much mundane back here, due to my friends being busy and well let's face it, i rlly dun hv as many frens as i hv in singapore, so I am literally rotting at home. (Btw to all slackers out there, winter is truly the best weather to slack at home. It's cold outside, so u wld become extremly lazy and start curling on ur bed under ur blanket like some fat cat curling on a rug. It is nice :D and since a lvls are over, there is no sense of guilt! haha)
Well thankfully my mum and bro is back, so the family is united :D and well went to watch movies and stuff with my bro, twilight was the show we watched and well it did nt rlly seem cool. i mean what kinda show has the villain appearing for lyk.. 20% of the show? and the villain is supposed to be one with unparalled senses or sth (aks. damn strong) then he gets beaten up by a 'supposedly teenage' vampire and ganged by his family and dies..WTF? the rest of the story is.. quite mediocre. Lydia says the book is much better, so I am contemplating whether to read it, but she warned it was nt a guy book (aka. romance), so maybe i might not. btw claire! where is ur booklist?!
Talkin to Lydia and Jia Yi(the female one), while writing this. they are as hyper as ever, even over msn haha. well rlly i miss them very much (i am nt saying this cuz u are gonna read it ltr Lyd! haha) and well they make me miss Singapore pretty much. Life goes on and all, but 5 years is nt a short period of time, and u dun just forget whatever u had back there as if u switch off tv. Daniel told me yesterday he and zs and some other frens played soccer, and that moment i rlly felt i wld kill to be there and play with them, and well there are so many other things i miss. wldn't it be cool if everyone was in korea? wonder what we wld be doin in winter, tho i guess it wld be pretty much the same. And nessa come back soon from china, quite boring without you arnd :/ watching u spaz is quite entertaining haha
planning to resume the writing of letters and christmas cards for ppl who i have nt managed to give the letter back in singapore. so so so sorry! i would appreciate if u can e mail me ur addresses? hopefully i wld be able to send a card by christmas :D and for DBSK FANS!

well after days of mundane, repetitive life which did nt hv much worth talking about, finally i am lifting my fat fingers to write this post, and well I do have some things to write today :D
Firstly, I MISS EVERYONE so much! It is quite hard to believe that it has only been 9days since I have been away from S'pore. Seems sth so long ago, but i realised it hasn't even been 10 days since I have left. Prom night seemed quite alright and all, but well most inportantly, it is just very different that all the people who I would hang out with are no longer nearby. My Korean friends are having exams (university) so haven been able to meet up with them. As a result I am slacking arnd all day :/ but well skiing trip on the 22nd and 23rd! looking forward to it :D
Well as most of you would know I went to take my interview for the translater test today. It was alright, but I shall wait for the result which wld be out on the 19th. Hope I can meke it or else I would be quite annoyed that I had to leave Singapore much earlier than expected just for a test that I didn't managed to qualify for.
But well enough of tests and exams, the thing just ended quite earlier than expected 1017 to be exact,(917 S'pore time). So I decided to venture out to Seoul partly cuz I had a mission to fulfil for my fangirl friends back in Singapore. Saw things that would make nessa (shinee fan) and the numerous DBSK fans i know go spaz like crazy...

Hmm... since no pics no point describing cuz no one wld understand what i would be babbling abt. I promise that I would take pics next time and show you people Korea :D but well but one thing I can tell you is that... TODAY WAS FREAKING COLD!!!! the temperature was arnd -5 degrees to 5 degrees.. add the wind then u get a sensory temperature (the temp ur body actually feels) of abt negative 10 degrees..
nearly died walking arnd seoul under such weather conditions.. my hands literally felt numb while sms-ing outside.. tmr... is said to be MUCH COLDER.. a sensory temperature of NEGATIVE 25 degrees is arnd the corner ㅡ_ㅡ pray that i stay alive freinds :P
